the potter’s garden

A project in Highgate, North London. After living at their house for over 20 years the clients decided they needed a change.

We designed a garden in close collaboration with this creative couple, one of whom is a potter, to create an organic and characterful new garden where cloud-pruned trees and topiary are dotted through swathes of perennials.

A gravel garden provides herbs for the client’s kitchen and large new entertaining areas will help encourage them to spend more even time in the garden than they have before.
